• Lost or Damaged Personal Items

Participants are responsible for securing their belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the experience.

A full refund will be extended to you if cancelled 3 days prior to the scheduled date. If cancelled 2 days before the scheduled date, a 50% refund is extended. However, a refund will not be extended if cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled date.
