While there are no strict age restrictions, the climb can be demanding for younger children. Families with small children under age 7 can still explore the lower sections of the falls or stick to the surrounding areas rather than trying the full climb.

Yes, guests who do not wish to get wet are welcome to take the dry walk alongside the falls. Admire the beauty of foliage and if you so choose, enter the falls along the way for a quick dip in the water. You can also take pictures of friends and family members while they climb during your dry walk.

Climbing the falls is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with mobility impairments, but they can still enjoy the views from observation areas or relax at the beach.

10) What happens if it rains?

Tours may continue in light rain, but heavy rain or storms may result in cancellation or rescheduling for safety reasons.

A full refund will be extended to you if cancelled 3 days prior to the scheduled date. If cancelled 2 days before the scheduled date, a 50% refund is extended. However, a refund will not be extended if cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled date.
