Absolutely flawless service. After arriving at MBJ, we were led to our private transfer in minutes, complete with requested car seats for our kids. Both drivers to and from the resort were incredibly friendly and personable. The morning of our departure, we were notifed of a flight delay. A quick WhatsApp message and they changed pickup to give us a bit more time at the resort instead of sitting in the airport. I struggle to find any fault with our experience and would not hesitate to book with them again.

Booked a round trip transfer with Club Mobay directly on the Reggae Tours website. We also added additional drinks and snacks for our ride, which was a really nice add on on and a great price point. After leaving customs with your luggage, you will enter the Arrivals Lobby, where all the stations are numbered from 1 to 21. We are located at Reggae Tours desk #18. Please check in here for your waiting transport.

We monitor incoming arrival flights to ensure your driver is ready when you land. If your flight number changes, please notify us as soon as possible.
We do not monitor return flight schedule changes. If your departure flight time changes, please inform us so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.
