We actually used the service to go from a resort in Montego Bay to a resort in Negril then again from the resort in Negril back to the airport. First it was VERY easy to book. I think the communication from the company impressed me most. I was constantly given reminders and times for pick up. The drivers were exceptional - very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
