AIRPORT ARRIVAL AND PICKUP

After leaving customs with your luggage, you will enter the Arrivals Lobby, where all the stations are numbered from 1 to 21. We are located at Reggae Tours desk #18. A representative will be waiting to assist you.
After leaving customs with your luggage, please proceed to the Arrivals Exit where your driver will be waiting holding your name sign.

Yes, we monitor incoming arrival flights. Please ensure the flight number provided at booking is accurate. If your flight number changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your flight is delayed, your driver will be notified and will be ready when you land. There is no penalty for flight delays beyond your control.
